My team was tasked to proactively mitigate regulatory and political risks, transforming Lottomatica's operational environment from reactive to strategically stable. We initially failed this tasks due to political instability with our contacts. After 15 months, we achieved implementing a sophisticated, multi-pronged engagement strategy with key stakeholders to secure the company's long-term value and operational optics.
