I’ve rolled out products/services in the US, Canada, and various East Asian markets. I have been part of new revenue steam projects and streamlined operations to cut costs without heavily impacting service levels. I am a facilitator of teams, identified competitor movements, and streamlined reports to equity partners. I build technical systems, teams, and processes that keep growing and performing after launch, and I am incentive driven in fast-moving, high-stakes environments where results have to be both practical and profitable.
My operating style is direct, performance-driven, and rooted in clarity. I set targets that are realistic, measure progress against outcomes, and adapt quickly when reality shifts. I am hands-on in the early stages, rolling up my sleeves to design systems, solve bottlenecks, and align teams. Once the machine is running, I take a step back just enough to let it operate while keeping an eye on key levers and refine over time. I balance data with instinct, knowing when to follow the numbers and when to trust the signals from the market or the team.
I intentionally listed the 3 failed products launches. I do not shy away from my failures. Every missed target or flawed rollout sticks with me. I use them as a reminder and blueprint for a stronger approach next time. Those moments sharpened my judgment, refined my playbook, and built the resilience I rely on today. I am confident in my abilities but I put this out to the world that no operator is infallible.
