I've rolled out products/services in US, Canada, various East Asian markets. I boosted gross value where none existed, and streamlined operations to cut costs without heavily impacting service levels. I am a facilitator of difficult teams, challenging competitors, and equity partners. I build systems, teams, and processes that keep growing and performing after launch, and I am incentive driven in fast-moving, high-stakes environments where results have to be both practical and profitable.

My operating style is direct, performance-driven, and rooted in clarity. I set targets that are realistic, measure progress against outcomes, and adapt quickly when reality shifts. I am hands-on in the early stages, rolling up my sleeves to design systems, solve bottlenecks, and align teams. You may have noticed the 3 failed products I highlighted. I do not shy away from my failures. Every missed target or flawed rollout has been a blueprint for a stronger approach next time. The loss still beats me up but I acknowledge it without ego. Those moments sharpened my judgment, refined my playbook, and built the resilience I rely on today. Fortunately, I had excellent leaders in my past. They recognize the mark of a strong operator is not avoiding mistakes.
